What the flag
means.
VDRACING LLC organizes the thing everyone else wants to watch — the race itself. The organization owns and operates teams and venues, runs talent and stables, and keeps the administrative record that makes a race official rather than a rumor.
The Charlotte office runs five sectors: professional and semi-pro teams across nine sports codes; racetracks and speedways across twelve venue codes; racing talent — drivers, jockeys, trainers, owners and officials — across thirty-seven codes; plus race operations and the season ledger.
The rule is simple: a race is only as good as its record. Results, timing, incidents and officials' calls are documented in the race file — kept for the season, and producible when someone asks what happened on lap fourteen.
"The flag drops and the clock decides — everything after that is just bookkeeping."

the flag.
Three commitments that apply to every sector.
Written entry
Every team, venue and talent relationship is under signed contract — eligibility, terms and season obligations documented before the flag drops.
Clocked & filed
Every event produces a race file — results, timing, incidents and officials' record — kept for the season ledger and producible on request.
Officials independent
Officiating calls are made by named officials under the rulebook — the organization's role is to run the race, not to decide it.
